HUMMER Part Supplier Predator Motorsports Gives 4-year/50K Warranty
With GM increasing its warranty on their entire line of automobiles, only one aftermarket company is following. Predator Motorsports Inc, out of Vista CA, supplies GM Hummer H1, H2 and H3 parts and accessories, now has a full four-year, 50,000-mile warranty.
Predator Motorsports Inc. today announced that it has released an industry first for the Hummer community by backing their products for a full 4yr/50K miles. Most notably, it covers all of the Chrome Plated Billet Aluminum products Predator sells.
Predator's advancements in Billet Chroming technology has allowed them to increase their warranty to a four-year/50,000-mile coverage. The industry standard for chrome plating is between 40-60 hours. The average life expectancy for a piece of Billet Chrome in an automotive application meeting 44 hours in the salt spray test, is one year. After technological breakthroughs over the last year, Predator is meeting a staggering 200 hours in the salt spray test.
